Based on two collections by writer and columnist Martha Medeiros , “Quem Diria que Viver Iria Dar Nisso” and another with the same name as the play, “Simples Assim” sheds light on the contemporary way of life, with its superficial relationships, the constant use of technologies and digital devices, and a certain simplistic approach to solving problems.

The cast includes Georgiana Góes, Maria Eduarda de Carvalho and Mouhamed Harfouch.

Small sketches, apparently independent and unconnected, make up the montage, when they are interconnected at the end, forming a single narrative.

A couple who interact only through their cell phones, a woman who hires a body double for herself and a young woman who decides to travel to Mars and abandon her lover are among the figures represented in the play.
